When you encounter technical issues, like crashes, distorted audio or graphic glitches, there are multiple steps you can take to resolve these.
Here you will find an overview on how to address these.
- Start by making sure your device meets the minimum requirements to play the game. You can check the requirements in the store page on your preferred platform.
- If your device does not meet the minimum requirement, we recommend you try to run the game on a different device or if possible try to upgrade your current hardware.
- If it meets the requirements, please check your settings on the next step.
- Verify the game cache on your game client

- Check for Windows updates: Windows Update
- Check if newer drivers for your GPU are available: Where can I download drivers?
- Check the power settings for your GPU: WINDOWS - Specify a preferred Graphics Card (GPU) & power setting for your game
- Add your game client and/or game to your antivirus and firewall exclusions: Antivirus and Firewall exclusions
- If you have any modifications installed, please remove them. It is important to not only unsubscribe from any workshop items, but to also manually remove related files from the game folders.
