Remove the game folder under AppData

Sometimes game files can become corrupt and interfere with your gaming experience. In such instances, it can be helpful to remove the files, which can be commonly found under AppData.

This folder is by default hidden, so please enable the option to show hidden files and folders:

  • Open the Windows File explorer
  • Click on "View"
  • Click on "Show"
  • Select "Hidden items"

Then go to the following file path:

C:\Users\Your Username \AppData\

Alternatively, you can type %appdata% into the addressbar in Windows Explorer.

This will bring you to the Roaming folder. Click on AppData in the adressbar.

Here you will find the folders Local, LocalLow and Roaming.

Locate your game folder and move it to a different location, for example your desktop.

After that, we would recommend to verify the game cache through your game client before launching the game again.
