GUIDANCE FOR ACTIVATING A PRODUCT

You have different ways to activate your game on the PlayStation Network
Start your console, open the PlayStation Store and press the triangle button.
Select ...(More) and then select Redeem Code.
Type in your code. Double check the spelling and click on Redeem.
You will then receive a notification, that the content has been activated on your PlayStation account.
Start your console, open the PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes.
Type in your code. Double check the spelling and click on Continue, then Confirm or Yes.
You will then receive a notification, that the content has been activated on your PlayStation account.
Go to the PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top.
In the drop-down menu, select Redeem Code.
Type in your game key. Double check the spelling and click on Continue.
You will then receive a notification, that the content has been activated on your PlayStation account.
Open the PlayStation App and select the PS Store icon.
Then select the menu icon on the right side of the screen.
Select Redeem Code.
Type in your game key. Double check the spelling and click on Continue.
You will then receive a notification, that the content has been activated on your PlayStation account.
Troubleshooting Activation Errors
Please see below steps in case you encounter any issues with the activation of your code.
- Double check the code for accuracy.
- Make sure you have used the right code. PlayStation codes contains 12 digits
- Check the expiration date. If the code is expired, it is not possible to be activated
- Please note: SEGA Support is not able to replace these codes
- Try to redeem the code at a later time
- Should you encounter an invalid error message and when redeeming again the message that the code has already been redeemed, it is possible that the content is activated on your account. You can check our DLC Access article for more information.
