Physical version
If you own a physical version of the game, firstly please check your account and game region.
How to determine the region of your physical game version
On the front and back you will find the age rating for your game. They look different to each region and can help you to identify if the game matches your account region.

ACB (Australia)
Please keep in mind, that purchasing a game from a different region can affect the use and activation of DLC content.
What do I do if the region of my game and account do not match?
Region discrepancy arises from the fact that certain console platforms are region-specific. Consequently, utilizing download content for a game disc outside one’s region may result in a disparity.
In this case, you must either request a refund for your DLC purchase or buy the physical version of the game for your region.
When purchasing physical edition games, it is advisable to verify the region associated with your console account and the game in question. If the regions differ, access to DLC content (paid or free) will be inaccessible.
Digital version
In some cases you will need to manually install the DLC on your content.
How to manually install DLC on PS4
- Select the game
- Scroll down to "PlayStation Store". It should show the DLC on the right
- Use the X-Button to go to the Add-on, then tap X again
- It should either show the DLC as installed or give you the opportunity to install
How to manually install DLC on PS5
- Press the options button on your DualSense controller and select "Manage game content"; you should be able to download the DLC from there.
- Wait until the download is finished then relaunch the game.
How to manually install DLC on XBOX
- In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).
- Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.
- Select the game in the upper-right corner of the screen.
- Choose Manage installation on [drive name]. This displays a list of items, including the base game and any available add-ons or game features.
- Note Items listed under “More add-ons” can’t be installed. Instead, they are owned items that automatically become accessible when in-game as described below.
- Select the checkbox for each item that you want to install (or uncheck to uninstall).
- Select Save changes.
How to access content like artbooks or music on XBOX
- Open the Xbox guide menu and select "My games & apps"
- Select the option "See all"
- Then navigate to "Full Library" and go to "Owned apps"
