請留意，某些筆記型電腦同時擁有 Intel 和 AMD 或 Nvidia 驅動程式，重新安裝前請記得兩者都要移除。如您遇上畫面問題，建議同時移除任何驅動程式相關的軟件（Nvidia GeForce Experience 或 AMD/ATI Catalyst Control Centre）。

如您擁有相關知識，建議您手動下載安裝而非使用自動檢查工具。如果您知道您的具體顯示卡型號和使用的作業系統，請輸入資料尋找最新顯示卡驅動程式。
更新最新驅動程式並重啟系統後，您應該會在使用最新的驅動程式。
如您在使用某些筆記型電腦型號，您也許應前往製造廠商網站，查看該電腦的特定應用程式，尤其如果您有雙重顯示卡（Intel 加 AMD/Nvidia）或在上述網站更新時遇上問題。
