SONIC RACING: CROSSWORLDS - NINTENDO SWITCH™ 2 EDITION UPGRADE PACK

If you've previously purchased the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds - Nintendo Switch™ 2 Edition Upgrade Pack between the dates of December 3, 2025 and December 17, 2025, you are entitled to a free Werehog DLC Pack for the Nintendo Switch 2.

To receive a download code for the Werehog DLC Pack on the Nintendo eShop, please take the following steps:

Open the Request Support Page: Use this specific link to SUBMIT A REQUEST. The form will automatically have some of the required fields completed for you.
Enter Your Email: Provide your email address in the 'Your email address' field. For faster processing, please use the same email associated with your Nintendo Account.
Provide Purchase Details: Please type your purchase date and your account region in the 'Description' field.
- Example: December 4, 2025 – North America
Attach Proof of Purchase: Upload a screeenshot or PDF of your Nintendo eShop email receipt for the Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds - Nintendo Switch™ 2 Edition Upgrade Pack.
- If you no longer have access to the email with your purchase receipt, please do the following:
  - Check the link below while logged into the account in which the purchase was made
    https://www.nintendo.com/us/orders
    - If a region message pops up, select Stay here. You should still be able to locate your purchases without issues if you are logged into the correct account.
  - Locate your purchase for the Switch 2 Upgrade Pack for CrossWorlds.
  - Select "View Details" on the purchase to expand details and grab a screenshot. Purchase date, product, email address and order id all need to be visible in the screenshot.
Submit and Wait: Click submit and keep an eye on your inbox. Because of high demand, it may take us a little longer than 24 hours to get back to you, but we are working hard to review every request.
