How can I delete my account or data in Sonic Dash?

We strongly encourage you request the deletion of your Sonic Dash data by contacting SEGA’s support team though the game. While you can submit a deletion using another contact method, the team will require you to gather some information from the game which is automatically shared with us when you contact us using the steps above.

Deleting your account or data from the app

To request a deletion from the app:

  1. Open the Sonic Dash app.
  2. From the main menu tap the cog icon at the top right, then tap the "Data Admin" button.  An email will appear with some information already pre-filled.
  3. There is no need to add any more information to the email. Tap the send button to send the email to our support team. Someone will get back to you shortly.

     

Deleting your account or data from outside the app

We strongly recommend using the method above to contact our team if possible. However, if this isn't possible, you can also contact our team directly via email, but be aware that the team will ask you to gather some information from your game in order to identify your account and fully delete your data. To request a deletion via SEGA's support site:

  1. Click the following link: Contact Support
  2. For the subject line, write "Sonic Dash Deletion"
  3. For the subject line, write "I want to delete my data in Sonic Dash"
  4. Send the email. A member of our team will be in touch soon with more information.
