What should I do if I have a problem with a real money purchase?

Please submit a support request and the team will look into the problem.  Be sure to include:

  • A copy or screenshot of your purchase receipt, which you will have been emailed by Apple or Google.
  • The email address associated with the Apple or Google account with which you made the purchase.
  • A description of what happened, when the problem occurred, how it happened, and any other information that you think we should know.
