Ah bugs, those slimy little blighters. We're very sorry to hear you found one, and we will do our best to fix it. Much like a Janitor collecting Ectoplasm for the research dept of your hospital, we need as much information about bugs as possible - so we can squash them!
The first thing you should do if you encounter a bug is check our Steam forum. If it's something a few people have stumbled across we may have posted about it or you may be able to get some information from your fellow Hospital Overlords.
Otherwise submit a request to SEGA Customer Service with logs and saves, and give us as much information on what you encountered as possible. Screenshots of the issue would be great!

To attach files to your Request Form, click on 'Add file' and navigate to the location of the saves, log or crash dump, and select the file. Check the date on the file so make sure that you are sending the most recent file. Once your file is selected click 'Open'. Your file will then be added as an attachment.
