How To Access DLC



DLC for Like a Dragon: Ishin! can be purchased from the Main Menu of the game via the Downloadable Content menu option, or via Bakumatsu Bob (a character you'll meet in chapter 2).

To access DLC that you have purchased or redeemed for Like a Dragon: Ishin!, Chapter 1 must first be completed. 

Only after starting Chapter 2 (The Man Named Saito Hajime), you can access DLC by visiting Bakumatsu Bob in Teradaya Inn


Bakumatsu Bob

At the start of Chapter 2, make your way downstairs to the first floor.

Before walking out of the Teradaya Inn, make a sharp left at the bottom of the stairs. You will see a corridor with a courtyard on the left. Walk through the corridor and take the second right doorway.

Pass through the room to the opposite doorway and turn left. You will meet a man named Bakumatsu Bob.


Talking to Bakumatsu Bob, you will be able to redeem DLC as well as be able to purchase additional DLC.


DLC Troubleshooting


If your DLC does not appear in-game, a potential cause for this may be regional disparity.

When purchasing a physical copy of a game, be sure to check the the region of the disc matches your account region, as DLC is region specific. 

For example, being based in Europe - if in ownership of a physical copy that is ESRB rated, purchasing or redeeming DLC on your account will result in the DLC no appearing in-game as the physical copy is intended for North America.

Unfortunatly, SEGA Support are unable to replace or exchange game/dlc codes for this matter. 

We suggest to contact your retailer/seller. 


PC - Steam

If you are experiencing an issue with DLC not appearing in-game, you can try deactivating and reactivating your purchased DLC and/or restarting your Steam client.
