Update: We can confirm this issue has now been resolved. If this isn't instantly fixed, please restart Steam and attempt to play the Free Launch Preview again.
We are aware and investigating an error affecting players that have pre-ordered the game from some retailers and are attempting to access the Launch Preview on Steam.
We have raised this to Steam and are currently awaiting a response.
