GUIDANCE FOR ACTIVATING A PRODUCT

You have different ways to activate your game on Steam.
Open your Steam client. Should you not already be logged in, do so.
At the bottom left, click on Add a Game and then select Activate a Product on Steam...
Copy or type in your game key. Double check the spelling and click on Confirm.
You will then receive a notification, that the content has been activated on your Steam account.
Go to the Activate a Product on Steam website and login.

Troubleshooting Activation Errors
Below you will find more information about potential errors you might encounter when trying to activate a game on Steam.
Duplicate Code
If you encounter above error, this means that the code has already been used. Steam codes can only be activated once. It is also not possible to transfer licenses between accounts.
Should you have purchased a new game key, you will need to get in contact with your retailer for a replacement.
In case that you already activated the key on another account, you will need to access said account.
As mentioned above, a license transfer is not possible.

Not Available In Your Region
Unfortunately it is not possible to activate all codes because some of them are region based.
In this instance we recommend to reaching out to your place of purchase for further assistance.
