Why is CA migrating to SEGA Account?
SEGA provides its studios with centralised solutions & services like SEGA Account, allowing Creative Assembly to focus on making great games.
How do I login?
When logging in, choose either “Continue with CA Account” or “Continue with SEGA Account”.
What if I don’t have a SEGA Account or CA Account?
When logging in, choose “Sign up”. Create a SEGA Account. Then choose “Continue with Sega Account”. You will not be able to create a new CA Account if you do not already have one, and the SEGA Account that you create today will confer all the same benefits as players who already have a CA Account.
Should I use SEGA Account or CA Account to login?
We recommend using SEGA Account to login as we will enable new features and benefits in the future, but for now you can use either. You will not be able to create a new CA Account if you do not already have one.
Why can I use either SEGA Account or CA Account to login?
CA games are built around CA Account. It takes time to swap account systems. As a temporary solution, we have added SEGA Account as an additional login option.

Why are there different support teams?
SEGA Account and game support are managed by separate specialist teams to ensure the best possible experience. If you're unsure who to contact, please reach out to either team as referenced above, and our support teams will make sure you get the help you need.
What will I get with my SEGA Account?
SEGA Account will grant access to products and services by SEGA including but not limited to:
- CA Account level of access & rewards for existing CA games.
- Exclusive rewards for new games.
- Newsletter signup and preference management.
- Personalised experiences for new games, websites, and emails.
What will happen to my CA Account?
Nothing yet. You can continue using your CA Account (previously known as TW Access Account) for associated access and rewards. Eventually we will cease support for CA Account, but the exact date for this is not yet confirmed. When that happens, your CA Account will be merged into your SEGA Account, if you have one. If not, you will be required to upgrade your CA Account to a SEGA Account by providing the necessary information and consent.
