We strongly encourage you request the deletion of your Sonic Forces data by contacting SEGA’s support team though the game. While you can submit a deletion using another contact method, the team will require you to gather some information from the game which is automatically shared with us when you contact us using the steps above.
- Open the Sonic Forces app.
- From the main menu, tap the Cog icon at the top right.
- Select the "Account" tab
- Tap the "Delete Account" button and follow the instructions provided,
If you want to delete any other data we hold on you related to your Sonic Forces account:
- Open the Sonic Forces app.
- From the main menu, tap the Cog icon at the top right.
- Select the "Support" tab, then tap the "Support" button

An email will appear that's been prepopulated with information about your account. At the bottom of the email write "Please delete my Sonic Forces data", then tap send to send the email to our team. They will get back to you to begin processing your deletion shortly.
We strongly recommend using the method above to contact our team if possible. However, if this isn't possible, you can also contact our team directly via email, but be aware that the team will ask you to gather some information from your game in order to identify your account and fully delete your data.
