SEGA products are sold directly through a global network of trusted retailers authorised to sell SEGA products. If you purchase your SEGA products from an unauthorised retailer, there is a risk that the product may be defective or unlawfully obtained.
SEGA’s policy is to uphold product warranties, and to perform services on products, purchased from authorised retailers only. SEGA also reserves its right to disable digital keys that have been obtained unlawfully by unauthorised distributors, without any further liability.
We strongly encourage you to protect yourself by purchasing SEGA products from our authorised retailers. Purchasing from non approved retailers is a choice at the consumers discretion; We are unable to assist with any issues that may arise via this transaction route.
Should you encounter troubles with the activation or usage of the product you purchased from a retailer not approved by SEGA, please contact the retailer directly for further assistance.
KEY CODE ACTIVATION
Some of our physical products and its contents may be delivered as or come with a key code to be activated on a first party platform. Our digital products ordered online through our digital retail partners will be delivered as a code to be redeemed on a first party platform.
These codes may be for Steam, Epic Games Store, Nintendo eShop, Xbox Store, PlayStation Store or for the PC Football Manager games, Football Manager Redeem.

REGION SPECIFIC CODE
Depending on the platform, codes may be region specific; it is not possible for us to exchange the code.

SEGA REDEMPTION CODE
Physical copies of Football Manager for PC have a SEGA redemption code.

Please keep in mind, some platforms are region-specific. Consequently, purchasing a game from a different region to your own can affect the use of the game, its save data and DLC content.
