We strongly encourage you request the deletion of your Sonic Boom data by contacting SEGA’s support team though the game. While you can submit a deletion using another contact method, the team will require you to gather some information from the game which is automatically shared with us when you contact us using the steps above.
- Open the Sonic Boom app.
- From the splash screen, instead of selecting Play, tap "Options".
- Tap the cog icon that appears, then select the "Support" option at the bottom.
- Tap the “Contact Customer Support” button. An email will appear with some information already pre-filled.
- At the bottom of this email, add a sentence to describe how the team can help you. For example: "I would like to delete my data from Sonic Boom".
- Tap the send button to send the email to our support team. Someone will get back to you shortly.
We strongly recommend using the method above to contact our team if possible. However, if this isn't possible, you can also contact our team directly via email, but be aware that the team will ask you to gather some information from your game in order to identify your account and fully delete your data.
