You can unlock Sprites by taking part in special events, unlocking prize packages, or by waiting 8 hours for a sprite bottle to unlock.
You can claim Sprite Bottles by opening the inbox menu, which is located at the top of the screen. When a Sprite Bottle is ready to be open, you will see a small red notification next to the inbox icon.
