Why has my account been suspended? How can I have my suspension removed?

We carefully monitor accounts to ensure they are playing fairly. Account can be suspended for a number of reasons including:

• Cheating or hacking
• Taking advantage of an exploit
• Buying or selling an account
• Posting offensive or inappropriate content

In most cases, account suspensions are permanent. However, if you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact the support team using the “Submit a request” button at the top of this page.
