If you encountered the “Unsupported Operating System” error message after launching the game, it means your computer is running an operating system (OS) that is below the minimum requirements.
If you are on a supported OS, and still see this error, it is likely that you are running Football Manager or Steam in compatibility mode on Windows. Compatibility mode allows you to run your machine ‘emulated’ as an older Windows OS.
To address this, please disable compatibility mode by following the below steps:
- Disable compatibility mode for Steam
- Restart your computer
- Launch the game
