To generate a DXDIAG report, please follow the steps below:
1. From the Windows desktop, press and hold the Windows Key (Microsoft Logo) and the R Key together at the same time to open the Run Window,
2. Type DXDIAG and click OK:
Note: Click No if you are asked to check whether your drivers have been digitally signed.
3. From the DirectX Diagnostic Tool window, click on Save All Information...: Make sure to save it as a .txt file.
4. In the Save As window, designate where the file will be saved (Desktop or other easily accessible location) and then click Save. Make sure to save it as a .txt file.
5. Attach the saved dxdiag.txt file to a new or existing ticket for us to review.
