MY GAME CRASHES OR WON'T LOAD IN FM24 MOBILE
Firstly, ensure that your Operating System is up to date. Then, please can you try and reboot your device and try again.
If you are experiencing issues, please log a ticket with Netflix. When creating your support ticket be sure to provide the following information so the support agent can assist you as efficiently as possible.
- The manager’s name as it appears in-game.
- The save file name as it appears in-game.
- The team being managed within the save.
- The game version.
- The leagues selected when the game was created.
- When exactly the crash occurred – including date & time (in real life)
- Explain exactly what screen the game crashed on.
- Explain the last in-game field you interacted with before the crash.
- Provide your device type along with the Operating System number.
MY SQUADS AREN'T AUTHENTIC
- On the start screen navigate to ‘Settings’.
- Select ‘View’ at the bottom of the screen.
- Select ‘Starting Configuration’.
- Toggle the ‘Use Fake Players’ setting.
WHY CAN'T I PLAY THE SAVIOUR COMETH CHALLENGE IN SOME NATIONS?
You can only manage teams in this scenario where relegation is a possibility.
You can see in-game that specific nations are greyed out – those are the nations where you cannot be relegated.
SAMSUNG DEVICE SCREEN RESOLUTION IS EXTREMELY ZOOMED-IN
Please navigate to ‘Galaxy Store’.
- Search for Game Plugins and download.
- Open the app and install the ‘Game Booster module’.
- Select ‘Game Booster Plus’.
- Select ‘Football Manager Mobile’.
- Select ‘custom’.
- Reduce the graphics quality to 90%.

UNABLE TO INPUT MANAGERS NAME WHEN STARTING FM24 MOBILE
Please can you ensure you are using the default keyboard and not a third-party keyboard.

PLAYER PICTURES ARE MISSING AFTER UPDATE
If player pictures are missing after you update your game, you can follow the steps below to bring these back.
Open Football Manager Mobile > Settings > User Interface > Reload Skin
