I have not received my code

Once subscribed to our Newsletter to receive content for your SEGA game, please allow up to 7 days to receive your code from availability date stated.

 

Please note: You must verify your email address by clicking on the confirmation email you received after registering.

 

If you have not received the verification mail or your code after this time, it is possible that the email was caught by a spam or bulk mail filter in your email system.

Please double check:

Your junk/spam folder
Your promotions folder
Your updates folder

Please be aware that age and region restrictions may apply. 

 

My code is for the wrong platform/region, how do I change it?

The code delivered is based on the initial platform selected on your first sign-up. It is not possible to change your preferred platform selection after signing up. 

 

How can I change my email address or chosen platform?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to change your email for the newsletter.

Additionally, we are unable to change the platform you have selected.

If you have chosen a platform in error, we suggest that you register for the newsletter again and select a different desired platform.
