How to add leagues when starting a new game?
You can select up to five playable nations per save within Football Manager Mobile. To do so, go to the start screen and click ‘Create a New Game’ -> ‘Career’ -> ‘Select Team’ -> ‘Select Nations’.
How to add or remove leagues in a save game?
It isn't possible to add or remove nations and leagues after a game has been created.
