Please restart your device and try loading the save again.
It might be the case that your save file has been corrupted or interrupted whilst saving. If this is the case, please create a new thread in our Bug Tracker with the following information.

- Can you confirm your device type.
- Can you confirm what version of iOS the device is running.
- Can you confirm whether any of your backup autosaves will load.
- Can you confirm the amount of storage space you have available.
- Can you confirm if you have noticed any unusual or strange occurrences happening in game.
- Can you confirm if you have experienced crashes whilst your device has been running out of battery.
