How do I install Football Manager Touch on Nintendo Switch onto a MicroSD card?

If you have a MicroSD inserted, then the eShop should automatically install the game and your save data to the MicroSD.

It should only install to the internal storage if there is no MicroSD card inserted or there is no remaining storage on the MicroSD card.
